All of our smoked sturgeon products are vacuum packed, and ship frozen with ice packs. If you choose 2-3 day shipping, frozen meat may partially thaw. This is perfectly normal. Smoked Sturgeon Loin (2 lbs)
Often referred to as the "bacon of smoked fish" for its savory, mouth-watering flavor, this smoked sturgeon flies off the shelves! The "loin" does not include the sideline (red meat) along the middle of the filet. When sliced, “loin” pieces are about the size of a pepperoni (~1.5″). Comes in 4 x 1/4lb vacuum packs.
