All of our sturgeon products are vacuum packed, and ship frozen with ice packs. If you choose 2-3 day shipping, frozen meat may partially thaw. This is perfectly normal. We recommended consuming raw filet meat within 7 days of arrival. Keep refrigerated. Not recommended to refreeze. Smoked sturgeon can be frozen or thawed upon arrival.Smoked Sturgeon Ingredients: Russian Sturgeon meat (Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii), Sea Salt, Brown Sugar. Loin is smoked with Beechwood, filets smoked with Oak. Store at 28-38°F. OK to freeze.
