Sturgeon Kebabs (осетровый шашлык)
Summer is here and it's BBQ time! Try this at your next party.
1) Bake sturgeon fillet in oven at 350 for about 30 min, covered.
2) Once meat feels soft and tender, and is cooking in its own juices, remove and let cool.
3) Chop into small cubes and then add marinade (I like teriyaki style). Put the cubes on skewers.
4) Put kebabs on a hot grill and sizzle until caramelized and crispy on the outside.
