Golden Osetra Caviar | Marshallberg Farm NC USA

Osetra caviar is known for shades of amber and gold. About 1 out of 12 Osetra sturgeon (species acipenser gueldenstaedtii) females have a rich, golden colored roe. About 1 out of 100 females have an extremely light golden Osetra. We refer to these as Superior and Gold Reserve Osetra.
